Nicohle has played a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for our clients’ customers since joining a2b Fulfillment in 2011. As an assistant manager within the customer care division of our fulfillment center in Greensboro, Ga., she works directly with the on-boarding of new clients and serves as a mentor for her fellow call center agents. Learn a little bit about Nicohle and her life away from the customer service realm of a2b Fulfillment.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I am a mother of 3 and fluent in Spanish. My family and I all lived in Cuernavaca, Morelos for 4 years. It is south of Mexico City and is nicknamed the “City of Eternal Spring”.

What do you love most about your job?
I love not knowing what’s in store for me from day to day. There’s always an opportunity to improve relationships with customers. Plus, I love everyone I work with. We are all part of the a2b team and it becomes a part of who you are.

What do you like to do when you are not at work?
Movies! We really enjoy our family movie nights. It’s great to sit back, enjoy popcorn and put everything on hold for 2 hours.

a2b Fulfillment has named Kari Bahr as Director of Client Services. Kari will lead the account management team of professionals to ensure an exceptional experience for each of a2b’s valued clients.

Bahr joined a2b Fulfillment in January of 2016 and brings with her over 10 years of account management and client service knowledge within the Business-to-Business (B2B) space.

“I’m humbled and energized to continue to find ways to better support our clients,” says Bahr regarding her recent promotion. “a2b is growing very quickly, and I am lucky to lead a great team that is willing to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients and ensure their success.”

Outside of leading client service initiatives at a2b, Kari is a certified dog groomer that loves exploring thrift shops, enjoying her vinyl record collection or antiquing whenever possible. She and husband, Matt are also the proud parents of five 4-legged kids: Juno, Indie, Gretta, Dash and Ginny.

Meet a2b’s Inventory Control Manager, Adam!

He has been an employee of a2b for over ten years now and has seen just about everything during that tenure. Outside of managing inventory for our e-commerce fulfillment operation, Adam can most likely be found working on his own craft brew (he’s actually won a few competitions for his work – making him award-winning as opposed to just ‘hobbyist’) or managing his garden. We took some time to learn a little bit more about Adam Vaiden and his interests outside of the warehouse.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I like to grow as much of my own food as possible. I keep a vegetable garden, a number of fruit trees and bushes, and the bees to pollinate them.

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy finding solutions to problems. Whether it’s helping a client navigate complex shipping requirements, or solving any of the various issues that arise in the warehouse, I get a lot of satisfaction from meeting the challenges that this field presents.

What to you like to do when you are not at work?
I love spending time outdoors, which usually involves walking in the woods with my two dogs. I’m also a member of a craft brew club in Athens, Ga. and we enjoy getting together and trading samples from time to time or educating ourselves on the latest brewing trends.
