Ayal Latz, President of a2b Fulfillment, a third-party logistics provider with a specialty in consumer-direct order fulfillment and business support services, will co-present a learning session at the ERA’s D2C Convention in Las Vegas. The subject is “Back End Bloopers – Avoid the Top 10”. The presentation will occur on Thursday, September 13 at 10:30 am. The session will take place in the D2C Learning Lounge on the show floor.
“’Back End Bloopers – Avoid the Top 10’ is an informative and insightful look at the problems which could occur during a direct to consumer campaign”, summarized Latz. “The objective is to present the subject with real life situations as illustration. We can all learn from these experiences and use that knowledge to improve back end design and set-up to ensure the success of the campaign”, Latz added.
Examples of topics to be reviewed include: Campaign set-up, utilizing the fulfillment center’s experience and guidance, inventory forecasting, choosing the right shopping cart, the value of working with DRTV-experienced vendors, undermining a customer service program before it begins and the hidden drag on profts from a bad returns program. “You will walk out of the session with something to think about, and it will be a fun half hour” Latz promised.
