Employee Spotlight – Jabin Lutz

Jabin Lutz Headshot

Meet a2b’s Operations Manager, Jabin!

Jabin joined a2b Fulfillment to manage day-to-day operations for our new Hanover Township facility in Pennsylvania. Jabin brings close to ten years of experience in managing 3PLs, Distribution and Manufacturing facilities. Outside of managing our e-commerce fulfillment operation in Pennsylvania, Jabin can be found attending classic car shows (he has a 1973 Plymouth Duster he likes to show around and travel in) or spending time with his family. We took some time to learn a little bit more about Jabin, his interests outside of the warehouse and what motivates him.

Q: What is your favorite thing about working here?

A: My favorite thing about working here is the opportunity factors. It’s exciting and promising to see new facilities open and be planned but being here and being a part of it is a whole different level. a2b is no stranger to this business, and the path we are traveling down only leads to bigger and better things ahead. Not only for the business, but also for the individuals who work here and their careers.

Q: Describe the atmosphere and work culture of a2b.

A: The culture here is like nothing I’ve ever encountered before. A positive culture is something desired at every workplace. But at a2b, it’s a requirement. We treat each other as if we were family and we take pride in being able provide a positive atmosphere to work in. I personally wake up daily knowing it’ll be a pretty good day no matter the circumstances just because of the environment that has been established. It’s great.

Q: What motivates you to work hard?

A: My family. I am a big family person. I love my family more than anything in the world and they are the reason I work hard and push myself to be and do better. My wife, Rebekah, and I have been married for 5 years. We have a 3-year-old boy named Dean and we are excited to welcome a sweet baby girl named Savannah in June. I want to be an example to my children and want them to be even better. Also, bills……. Bills make me work hard too.

Q: If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

A: I’d probably say in the mountains of Montana or Wyoming. Somewhere out west. I enjoy the mountain ranges and would enjoy a house and land with a view.
