Job Duties
- Maintains warehousing assembly operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees tasks, managing labor, following up on work results and project specific tasks.
- Maintains professional, technical and product knowledge.
- Monitors and enforces current established production standards.
- Maintains strong quality control standards.
- Monitors production to resolves issues effectively and efficiently.
- Insures facility safety and compliance with all current policies and laws.
- Provides leadership through coaching and training for employees.
Qualifications
- Managerial/supervisory experience in warehouse operation.
- Prior experience in a high performance, fast paced industry.
- 3 to 5 years related experience with warehouse operations/ distribution.
