McCellan named Operations Manager

a2b Fulfillment, a third-party logistics provider with a specialty in consumer-direct order fulfillment and customer service, announces the addition of Scott McClellan for the position of Operations Manager.

“The addition of Scott will help propel a2b Fulfillment along the path to the highest level of operational expertise in the Direct To Consumer industry,” explains Ayal Latz, president of a2b Fulfillment. “Scott’s experience and expertise will position a2b uniquely for growth and expansion. We now have the management skill to maximize the effectiveness of our state-of-the-art technologies which drive our Warehouse Management System, Shipping Optimization software and multiple facilities comprising nearly 400,000 square feet in the US and Canada.”

Scott joins a2b with over 16 years in fulfillment and warehouse management. This includes Fortune 500 companies such as Office Max, Office Depot and Alternative Apparel. He has been responsible for management of large warehouse facilities, with over 200 employees. He is accustomed to Same Day shipping, matching the a2b standard, value added services such as kitting, assembly and rework, shipping internationally and domestically.
