What is Client Success?

Client success is more than prompt email replies. As your fulfillment partner, a2b is focused on working proactively in partnership with our clients from the onboarding process through the shipping and tracking of your packages.

a2b’s Client Success Managers

As a valued client, you will be assigned a Client Success Manager (CSM), who is your main point of contact. Your CSM will get to know you and your business thoroughly and will be your liaison within our organization. Generally, your CSM will respond to your questions and requests within 30 minutes. Best of all, our CSM team members are cross-trained, so you will never have disruption in service. a2b’s Client Success Managers lead to your business success. By providing excellent service, you save time and can improve your own customers’ happiness and loyalty.

Your CSM’s priorities are to:

  • Educate you on a2b’s services, systems, and reports.
  • Assist with day-to-day questions and requests.
  • Communicate with a2b internal teams in support of your account.

How Do a2b’s Client Success Managers Help you Succeed?

During the onboarding process, you will be introduced to your CSM. As your main point of contact, the CSM will get to know and understand your order fulfillment goals. Every client is assigned a Client Success Manager – a2b understands the importance of having a knowledgeable person to contact.

After onboarding, your CSM will become your advocate and handle any issues when they arise.

a2b uses an advanced ticketing system to manage communications and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. It is our top priority that all client tickets are responded to within 30 minutes.
