Client Services I

This position consistently plans out all order fulfillment and project coordination within a warehouse environment. Organizing and controlling the flow of orders, client requests and urgent matters related to products. Interact with Clients handling product-related information and ensuring satisfaction.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: – Have High School Diploma or GED – Be 18 years or older. – Be able to speak, read and understand the English language. – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, Excel & etc.)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: – Searches for and addresses orders that have not been shipped in a timely manner. Ensures that projects for assigned Clients are handled accurately and in a timely manner. Oversees these projects from time of inception until completion/delivery of finished goods. Provides interactions with Clients. Monitors Kayako (email ticketing management system). Prioritizes and handles tickets efficiently. Escalates tickets to Client Services II as needed. Responsible for assisting with the addition and modification of new and existing sku’s and BOMs.
